Return/Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your order, All American Crafts will refund 100% of
the product price, less the cost of shipping and handling, as long as your
order is returned undamaged. If you are unsatisfied with a portion of your
order, that portion will be credited to you but will need to be shipped back as
well. All returns will be inspected upon
return. To request a refund or, to return a product that has been damaged
through shipping, you have 21 days from date of shipment to notify us via email
to bcohen@allamericancrafts.com or
call 973-347-6900 x115. You will be given instructions on how to return your
product(s).
All items must be returned within 30 days of your purchase.
Terms of Service
All orders will be shipped within 5 business days, unless part of your order is
not available. Normally we will ship via
United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS), unless otherwise
specified. Please allow 5 to 10 business days to receive your order. Most orders
are shipped directly from our offices at: All American Crafts, Inc., 7 Waterloo Road,
Stanhope, NJ 07874.

Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able
to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Orders
If an item is out of stock, we will
contact you via e-mail or, by means of other information you may have provided
when you ordered, on whether to send a partial shipment or wait for the out of
stock item to come in and ship your entire order. You will not be
charged shipping and handling for additional shipment(s).
Shipping
Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your
products, and your location (unless otherwise specified). Before the final checkout page you will be
shown what the cost of shipping will be and you will have a chance to cancel
your order if you so choose.
How Is
My Information Used?
Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or share your
information with anyone.
Security and Storage
Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on
our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before
it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.
